The Zucco, located a few kilometers out of Palermo, is an ancient vineyard, planted in a carefully chosen place by the Duke of Orleans for the production of his personal wine, destined to be brought to France to the cellars of the royal family. Pietro, “the Zucco Prince”, will lead us around vineyards and citrus groves, explaining the ancient cultivar techniques. In this charming scenario, enveloped by the scent of orange blossom, the charm of history, and the colors of nature, we will taste simple and delicious traditional dishes, which main secret is its refined authenticity.
