A visit to an Arb\u00e9r\u00e8she community, with its ancient Albanian rites, or to ancient villages where women contrive small alternative economies to avoid having to emigrate, are an authentic taste of our territory, alternative itineraries conceived to grasp its sustainable soul. It is about restaurants and clubs that serve organic food, fair trade, short supply chain and zero-kilometer products: a food concept that goes to the benefit of the community. A responsible vacation to the discovery of medieval villages, cities of art, natural parks and lesser known places, but also an opportunity to get to know the local population, local associations, and to sleep in small family-run hotels environmentally friendly, respectful both of territory and genuine nutrition.
